Abstract Catecholamines are neurotransmitters in the peripheral and central nervous systems, which maintain normal physiological state of human body. Studies have shown that occurrence many diseases often accompanied by changes catecholamine levels. Clinically, detection levels plasma or urine can assist diagnosis endocrine-related neurological diseases. However, catecholamines easily oxidized, content body is very low. So rapid important for prevention related In this paper, electrochemical response characteristics Ti 3 C 2 Tx MXene noble metal nanoparticles modified to dopamine (one type catecholamine) were explored. The results would undergo irreversible oxidation at anode potential single electrode was not suitable dopamine. we further explored modification Pt Au on Tx/GCE electrode, experimental Au/Ti had higher sensitivity measuring dopamine, while Pt/Ti a larger linear range. Both electrodes good stability repeatability could be used catecholamines.
